Dawit Hailu and Wudassie Enquberhan are husband and wife entrepreneurs with five children engaged in multi-sector businesses. Running companies with hundreds of staff for more than a decade has made them realize the key role of engaging, equipping and continuously developing human resources. 

They have attempted to do it with the conventional method of organizing centralized HR Department that not only deals with the routine operational matters but also devoted to continuous training and development. In spite of repeated attempts, this has not produced the desired outcome. They have also tried to create partnerships with consultants by signing a training and development agreement, which did not produce a satisfactory result. For people with entrepreneurial mindsets, problems and challenges are fertile ground for innovation.  

Realizing the crucial role of the Human Resource to keep up with the growth and expansion of the businesses brought yet another new business idea. What about incorporating a company which focuses solely on training and development and could serve the needs of other companies with similar needs?

After deliberating on this for a while, MOA Training and Development was born with a vision to ‘Seeing potential of every person developed and put into work!’. In the course of developing the idea, it was realized that MOA could play a positive role in businesses through impacting their human resource only through intensively utilizing ICT and media production. These enabling factors are the means by which MOA reaches the human resources in companies and equip them so that they could make their companies successful.
